Anyone here work with this material particularly for Steelhead flys? I saw a version of the intruder that was tied with Schlappen. At first glance I thought the pattern called for marabou but instead it was Schlappen. Is it less of a concern when palmering schlappen to keep it sparse as with Marabu?
