Unhappy How to you Photograph your fish??

With all this talk about measureing fishing and "how big is it really", I was wondering how do you guys photograph your fish?

I know its really easy if you have a friend or fellow photographer with you, but what I was wondering is how you guys photograph your trout when your fishing "Lone Ranger"?

Do you use a 1-time-use camera, digital, 35mm?
Do you use the self-timer?
Do you carry a small tripod with you or set it on a rock?
Do you just photograph it in the net?

Or do you manly only photograph fish when someone can help you?

I was just wondering. Out of all the Photo Trout Gallereys on the net I found this one to be one of the most photogenic.

As a amature photographer, I feel I am makeing this harder on myself than it should be. Hope you all can help.
