Hey all,
Heading down to Kingston again and I am getting another crack at the Esopus. The last time I was up, I had only a couple of hours and spent the whole time around the Woodland Valley campground upsteam of Phonecia. I got skunked .
After doing some research, I saw that good fishing is below the 5 arches, I do NOT have the special permit to fish those waters. So was hoping for some recommendations from some "regulars" from those waters.
