I am heading down to LBI tomorrow for 9 days of fun at the Jersey Shore. I have been tying like crazy, and here is a picture of one of my realistic flies (AK - You can short tie these and they still work well):
Of course, my highly evolved prey can be difficult, and here is a picture of the elusive prince of the Atlantic:
And those claws can hurt!!
I will be using a 70wt nylon core line, and casting without a rod! I hope to get pictures of my casting technique to share with all of you (I am considering writing a book).
