BFB headwaters?

I'm interested in fishing the BFB near or at it's extreme headwaters coming out of Sawmill Pond in High Point State Park. I'll be camping there and I would like to be able to get away and get some time on the stream.

Anyone have any info about this area of the BFB? Is it safe to assume that this would be even cooler than the FFO stretch? Are there any wild trout in this stretch of the river? I would assume there would be as it's quite narrow at this point. Any tips at all about fishing this area and/or spots would be greatly appreciated. Tight lines and tapered bodies to all.
