Two days at 80 cfs release

Hi guys,

Here is still a problem with FFMP that needs to be addressed.

Reservoirs are nearly full and strictly going by the FFMP matrix the release was dropped to 80 cfs yesterday.

After months of great winter releases and flows from FFMP on all the rivers, it is a shame that we have to drop down to 80 cfs for a couple of days. The minimum release will go up to 215 cfs starting in 36 hours (May 1st).

We have continued to work with the decree parties to increase minimum releases in April, May and through the summer when the reservoirs are at higher levels.

The good news is that the parties have already shown the ability of FFMP to be flexible. Changes were made on a temporary basis for some extra flood control and there have been many other tweaks talkedaobu tin the short term.
