Guys read about this topic on another board and wanted to get your opinions on this. It seems that many of us travel outside of our home state to fish and could benefit.

Read about it and tell me if you think this idea would work. To me it seems as the state of NJ is in a major fiscal nightmare and I'd doubt that they would be willing to give up the little money they make from the sales of out of state license.
