There' a great new book out called Orvis Guide to Great Sporting Lodge Cuisine. It features about 140 recipes from some of Orvis' finest lodges around the country. Great photos and recipes for all sorts of game, sides, desserts. In addition to the recipes, it's cool to get the inside view of some of these incredible lodges... since I'll never afford to be able to go to any of them

I recommend it to anyone who 1) likes to cook and 2) stays at lodges.
