can any of you experts tell me if the gauge on the Battenkill below Battenville is usefull for predicting fishable levels. I was on the river 3/16. I think it was at around 2000 csf. It was too high for me to effectively fish. Can anyone tell me at what gauge level it becomes more fishable, or is it always fishable and I'm incompetent. Thanks for any help, Frogge.
