Take heart!!

Spring is around the corner.

We have started to see the occasional rise on the river. There are a few black stones hatching on the warmest of afternoons.

There are also some viscious rises that are no doubt fish taking floating dead alewives. There have been quite a few alewives over the last few weeks as the reservoir has spilled most of the time.

See you on the river this year!!!
